Do u ever faced an accident?

Last month i faced an accident with my bike.The fault is came from other vehicle.I injured,lots of scrathes appeared on my hand.I don't know what is really did there.All finished in microsecond.None injured seriously.But after that horrible incident,now i feel panic when i'm driving.I can't overcome that fear.Do u have ever faced such accident..........?
