desktop acting weird

Hi all i installed Nokia PC Suite few months before and it worked fine... but now i find it troubling me..I hv 3 different accounts(guest account,local user account and an administrator account).. i wil be using guest account and others use the local and my elder brother being admin... The problem is whenever this application loads my desktop start acting weird..All my desktop icons change and also the icons in the taskbar turns into weird icons..for instance, my avast antivirus icon,changes into a black color from blue,the computer icon showin modem connection is completely blacked out and so on.. Whats surprising in this is, it happens only in local user account(still it works fine in other accounts)...When i shut this process, everythin is back to normal... So as a first step, i tried to remove it from loading from the startup items, but to hell with it, that app loads automatically even though i disabled it(it doesnt load at the start in other accounts)... I run a full antivirus check with my avast but only in vain, it said zero infected files.. Can anyone help me on this please.. This is really freaking me out...
