Do you add your boss in your facebook?

Facebook being one of the fasting growing social networking site is very useful for us to find our friends and get connected. It is a place for us to share photos, playing games as well as posting our status and comments. There are instances where employees put up their job dissatisfaction or frustrations on the facebook without realising that their bosses are actually reading it.
So the million dollar questions here are whether you add your boss as your friend in your facebook and do you post your job-related frustration on your facebook status?

There are some employers who block the facebook application in the company network to prevent the employees from getting addicted to the application and losing their work productivity. I guess may be your company already block facebook. You can try it from your home or outside from the office.
