Connectivity between two computers/laptops via blue tooth

You can create a network if you have a wireless network and drag all the files you need to share to the shared folder. Or you can also use a CAT 5E or ethernet cable to directly connect two computers. If you need to connect more than two computers you can use a network hub.

Hai Khan, You cannot share a folder to be accessed by another laptop user using Bluetooth connection. You can use wireless connection for the same purpose. Bluetooth cannot be used for networking purpose. You need to create a wireless network and connect the other laptop to the same. Then share the folder which you want to give permission for the other laptop. Then using this, the other person can access your laptop. I think this will help you.
