Can anyone tell me which is the best site to get referral getref, targetrefs programref, simple ref or other get referral site. I wanna join one

EZReferrals, StarReferrals, DownlineRefs, Refferidos.biz and maybe some more.
If you work with them, you will soon have a good downline!
Hightly Recommended is DownlineRefs.

It doesn't matter if you have only PayPal, you buy credits via PayPal too, but you cannot cashout..
Yes, you are giving credits to your referrals when they are active, when they stop be active you stop giving them credits. This way you don't loose your credits ;)
You have to use it a little to full understand how it working..

i tried getref and simplerefs as well!!so i uess that getref should be the best till the other one you mentioned!!So get active refs isan hard job but if think on getref you can find some good one...May be in the past when the majority of the pc or others systems pays you should find really much people for quite all programs now i think the trend is low than when i joined bu i think you can find some better than in simplerefs where the mjority of people try only to take your credits and nothing else!!

Look in my blog (see profile). There is a post about online forum. There you will be able to find refferals, if you post such request or be able to join under someone and receive money from it. I already made deal with two gays and hope to receive money from them soon.
