Hey, Well I don't really know what the best brand for a PC is, but I have to admit, that Asus is actually quite good at building computers. I have an Acer Extensa4420 laptop and have had it for about a year now. It has the dual core processor and webcam. It is just as good as any other top brands out there. Actually, Acer is making a name for themselves. Their prices are lower and the warranty is great. I haven't had the first problem with mine at all. I would check into the Acer if your looking for a good quality with a lower price.
