Is joy-click scam?

I join it not too long. But I have request for payout about four times, totally $0.62. However, I received none of them. So I wonder if it is a scam site. But why it seems that some people have already received money from joy-click. I really do not know why. Then is is really scam or something wrong with their system?

it is not a scam. but since they have the lowest payout the admin have trouble in paying the members. payout might take some time, but it is still not a scam. they've paid me already

I can't say its 100% a scam site, the site has been sold to new admin and he is trying to sort out things, i have requested payout and haven't received yet, but i wish to get my payout in near future by new admin.
