Yes they have i dunno how much it was but i think it was £100 million or something like that you can have some the best players in the world but it comes all down to the managerment of the team and how he is gonna get them to gel and i dunno if Mark hughes can handle the pressure however i might be wrong well good luck to them anyway Man city and spurs are going to do well this year

Glory Glory Man United.. Haha.. of course they will win again this season. the other strong teams just doesn't suit to be contender to win the premier league. maybe they are strong but not a winning material type of team.

Manchester United has just recovered from the Burnley defeat. They have the momentum going to win the Premiership title. They have just thrashed Wigan 5-0. Alex Ferguson had made 7 changes to the team and this has proved vital as Manchester United played a good second half against Wigan. Man. United deserved the win because they had played some great football. Manchester United will surely win the Premiership title this season.

Target from Chelsea is how to win Champions League not only Premiership. My favorite coach Carlo Ancelotti realized that he couldn't bring this team to win the Champions League at the his first year. So I think, Carlo Ancelotti is still preparing his team to be stronger and have mentality and eagerness to be a winner.

It's not only Chelsea that are thinking to win the Championship Trophy and the Premiership title. All the teams are trying to win the Championship Trophy.
I would like Manchester United to win the Championship Trophy this year as they lost last year against Barcelona.

i think it is going to be the red devils once again... it is true dat the absence of cristiano ronaldo n carlos tevez wil hav a great impact on manutd's gameplay... but i think antonio valencia n michael owen hav the ability to do it this year... they might not b one of the best in the world, but they surely are among the top ones in their departments...
n i think its gona go the wire... if nt for manutd, it is going to b either chelsea or arsenal... i see no chance for lpool this season... like the pundits said last season... dat if liverpool doesnt win this season (the last one), they r never gona win the premier league!!

That is pretty harsh words for Lpool fans dont ya think they will win it eventually IMO.
This Season though is very wide open there are lot of teams who have potential to win it and United are favourites for a good reason though and Valencia i think is very good signing and a class act and Owen (when fit) is clinical finisher so you do have a point

Yes I agee with Bryanx54 that it is pretty harsh on Liverpool fans. Liverpool always fights for the Premiership title till the end of the season. Though Manchester United are favourites to win the Premiership title, Liverpool will also be fighting for the top spot.
Though Chelsea have won all the 3 games, I am still supporting Manchester United as I am a huge Manchester United fan and I think Manchester United will regain the top spot this season.

I think it will be down to the big four again - Manchester United, Chelsea, Liverpool and Arsenal. Personally I think Manchester United will be the champions, with Chelsea a close second, as they have the stronger squads.
Liverpool looked poor against Spurs at the weekend, and do not have enough depth and Arsenal also do not have enough depth in their squad to sustain a challenge.

Manchester United may have conquered the Premier League these past three seasons, but seizing an unprecedented fourth successive English top-flight title will be no mean feat. The Red Devils have lost Cristiano Ronaldo and Carlos Tevez, and Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester City are vehemently threatening to break their rule.
Liverpool will kick-off proceedings fresh from their best campaign in the Premier League era - and that despite missing Fernando Torres for a lengthy period. With Steven Gerrard pulling the strings, they took 31 points from their last possible 33 to finish just four shy of United.
Chelsea also ended the previous term strongly to run home in third. Having retained coveted stars John Terry and Didier Drogba, and added Yuri Zhirkov, new manager Carlo Ancelotti is optimistic he can return the trophy to Stamford Bridge.
With Cesc Fabregas, Andrei Arshavin and Robin van Persie firmly established, and a plethora of captivating young gems at his disposal, Arsene Wenger believes the time has come for his Arsenal side to realise its potential.
Manchester City, for their part, have made their title intentions apparent in the form of a colossal spending spree that has taken Kolo Toure, Gareth Barry, Carlos Tevez, Emmanuel Adebayor and Roque Santa Cruz to Eastlands.
United's challenge will again be reliant on the likes of Rio Ferdinand, Nemanja Vidic and Wayne Rooney, while Luis Antonio Valencia and Michael Owen have boosted Sir Alex Ferguson's options.

Manchester United will conquer the Premiership title for the fourth time. Though Manchester United have a tough challenge, they will be able to win the title. This season Manchester United will heavily depend on the likes of Rio Ferdinand, N., Vidic and Wayne Rooney.

I really think after todays games i think Manchester City, Manchester United and Arsenal all shown great convincing performances in there latest games and Manchester City have played well together new signings Tevez and Barry had solid performances and Stephen Ireland and Fabregas are my midfield on fantasy game because lampard and Gerrard cost far too much and i've been happy with my midfield :)

Manchester United will be huge favorites to win this time. For the last 2 or 3 seasons they have failed to win the F.A .cup despite being very close. So this time around maybe they will concentrate on winning that.I really hope Fergie plays the strongest XI in the F.A cup matches. That will give us a very good chance to win this.As we know liverpool never really takes this competition too seriously. So our main competitors will be Chelsea.Manchester City can be a good competition too, specially in this cup matches, where anything can happen.

Yeah, Manchester United are huge favourites to win the Premiership title. As for winninf the F.A Cup, Alex Ferguson cannot play the strongest XI due to player's injuries and to win other big matches.
This season Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal will give good competition.

hey there! Well there are only 4 teams that can really have any chance of winning the Premier League this season. This seems to be the case for the last few seasons also. I think Chelsea are considered the favourites with Man Utds loss of Ronaldo and their new manager, who is the highest paid manager in the league.
Man Utd still have so much talent and experience on their team and a great subs bench to match so they surely are in with a very good chance also. Likewsie Arsenal are also a team to watch but I am just not convinced. However after their victory on the weekend who knows!!
I think Liverpool will push for the top spot. Even though they had a terrible opening day deafeat to Spurs they finished on such a high last season and they are ready for a victory again.
Even though Man City have spent big this summer they may need more than one season to gel a team together that is worthy of pushing into that top 4.

Ask for my opinion during the start of the season, I would say chelsea without doubt. But now, United do look up for the challenge. But in my head I still think that Chelsea are too strong for the rest of the pack.
