What is your attitude if your juniors try to become your seniors????????????????

I have been working with some organisation for the last one and a half year.And there is no doubt that I am the best performer in my job profile, every senior even of the other deptt. praise me for my best job.But still I am in the same post.And on he other hand my juniors, they do never give 100% in their job but still they are favourites of senior, even if no senior is available on the floor,my juniors are told to take care of the floor but not me.This is just because that my juniors make happy to seniors. Sometime they spend money for them also. But I do not. I just do my 100% for which I have been given prizes also but it is not sufficient to make my carrier on top and I feel very bad when mty juniors are told to take care the floor in the absence of seniors, just because I am not a talktive person, I don't belive on buttering to my seniors but there is no descripiency in my work as it is also said seniors in my organisation.What is your suggestion in this case, plz let me know??????

see it is actually painful when your juniors become your seniors but its all politics where work is not teh only thing which is importannt but you must be presentable also means your direct interaction should be with your seniors always try to get in touch with them . wherever i thought your work should be noticed by your seniors this is not important what you do this is important what is noticed by seniors are u a good employee in tehir sight so overall you must have the guts to show your ability also and i would also like to say all this is lick because if it is in your favour no one can do anything hard work is also matter but both the things are eqally important so try your luck and work hard one day you win the race and u know i also say that if u have a dream that will be surely come trueso good luck and happy my lotting
