I don't know if you think the same as i do, that the quality of the post decline because people are more concerned of the quantity rather than quality.
often times the quantity equates earning.
I'm not saying I'm excempted from this, but this is just my observation in general.
What do you think?

I do agree with you my friend. Somehow in our effort to earn more we tend to post many things and in times we tend to fail on the quality side of it. I am also guilty of this. But at times, I try to post things that are of quality. That is why if you notice, I barely start a discussion and tend to reply more. I try as much as possible to start with a good discussion with interesting content and with quality.

Well it really is great to start with a discussion with a good quality. People will certainly appreciate and in turn you get plenty of response. This is also what I have noticed with articles that I have written. Those that are of important quality certainly gain more impressions.

It should be quality equates good income. There is no point of going overboard with posting discussions when the quality is not maintained. Mylot favors quality over quantity meaning it is better to post one quality post over 10 poor quality posts if the earning is no difference. Always maintain good quality postings so your income will increase steadily.

It should be, but how often is quantity equates earning rather than, quality equates earning.
I just need to understand on this more.
Thank you Zandi

in some cases it can be true!!Such as i think the majority of people here enjoy about the community but earnings should be always a turning point as regards posting on mylot as well!!
So in some cases people can think more quantity than quality because if so your earnings will grow better in the day before...
i think in many cases also topics should affect this so..in some cases there are topics where you can discuss easely because you read about it or you have knowledge about the topic as well..in some cases people can say the same things because topic is particular or something like that...
lastly i think also language can be important so i think that for people who are native english speakers should be really easy to post quality opinions and may be for many others international ones should be not so easy due to the language and knowledge about it!!

yes i do agree. sometimes it start with quality then becomes quantity.
The native speakers can express themselves better so it may sound quality.

Maybe you are right. But be it quality on the post, what is important is that you respond a quality type of answer and a quality type of topic. No matter how people would be posting less quality topics, as long as you do your best, i guess that will not affect your earnings.
When we do violate rules on Mylot by posting topics, we would of course be getting deductions. Not because we posted such a low quality topic. There are lots of topics here that are redundant, but still people keeps on answering those types of questions and it will never affect the thread starters points, of course he or she would gain something from that post.
If you think that you have posted less quality of topic, but does not violate Mylot rules, then it will not be deducted to your account. Just post it anyway, as long as you think is right to post it and you can get something out of it. Happy Mylotting.

Maybe I'm just being subjective on what suppose to be "quality".
At least you made things clearer for me and for all of us.

i somehow agree with you on that jaymar...
mylot tells us that we could earn more money when with quality posts
but i didn't see that
when i was new to myLot i did post quality topics and long answers but i was not making much
and somehow i feel like i am making just as the same even if i post a few short responses

Me too. When i was new to my lot, i made it a point to post good topics and respond as long as possible (just like you), but i noticed it is not making much (just like you); so after a while i stopped for more than 6 months and now i gave it another shot.
I just noticed that the post now is of lesser quality than the ones i use to see 2 years ago.
