My dream house that I want but probably will never have is to have six or seven bedrooms. I want a game room with pool table and the works. I also want a six foot pool in my back yard. With a deck around it and a water slide. I would also want a mud room for a whirlpool or hot tub. I want my bedrooms to be huge and all have furniture in them. I also want a small room big enough for a small bar so I can have small bar parties. I want to have almost everything at home so that I will not want to leave my my home and I will have everything there. I also want a big kitchen with tile flooring. I want at least 3 bathrooms and a finshed basement with a fireplace. This place would be the most beutiful places ever.

I dream of a house, and I hope it will at the seaside. When I open the curtains at night when the moon to see the sea. Zhaoxia moring to see sunrise. Not too much house. My parents one. Husband's father, a mother. My husband and I are one. Of course, I have two children a person has one. I would like a spacious living room. Many of my friends can come to countries.(Because we like to read the book). Noble house layout. Refined. Generous. Came after a friend was pleasantly surprised. Envy. And they will be happy to play here.

Building a house is a once in a lifetime opportunity to create the home of your dreams . Although having the exact home you want can be great deciding exactly where to begin your planning can be extremely difficult . Gathering ideas about style , specific room designs and even landscaping is a great way to start . As you begin to browse catalogues and home improvement magazines you'll begin to see all the different styles and options that are available to you . It's a good idea to take a folder and gather all the ideas that you like before you even begin your custom built home plans design . That's the benefit of having custom built home plans , you can incorporate exactly what you want and have it designed to meet your exact specifications . Choosing the architect to design your plans is an important step to getting the plans you need and want .

I would want to have a three or four bedroom log cabin home with a full, finished basement. I would want it to be located near the ocean but high enough where we would not have to worry about a tropical storm also.

i dreamed for a 4 rooms and 3 bath link house. Currently i am staying in condominium, i do not think it is as convenience as link house. You need to take lift in order to get out of the condominium, and sometimes the lift like take ages to reach. If you have children, link house is more convenience.

Oh love this question. First I just turned 60 and still have not gotten my dream house and maybe I will or won't miracles do happen. Maybe I will win the lottery or publisher's clearing house. But at any rate. It must be rural in the country, A large kitchen with lots of counter space, cupboards and drawers. A good sink area, stainless steel double sink and a good dishwasher. An island work area and a large refrigerator side by side freezer. Plus a big pantry and a big walking freezer. Dining room that seats 12 easily and up to 24. With area for nice dishes for special occasions and a big sideboard. Living room with 2-3 couches, and lots of arm and rocking chairs. Decor would be Western rustic native American theme. Hardwood floors with area rugs. Big and roomy. A master bedroom with two large walk in closets one for me one for hubby, a California Kingsized bed, space for a small love seat, some end tables and lamps and a chair. And for our dressers. With a garden patio we can walk out into our own private garden. Plus a huge master bath with deep sunken tub and vanity table and mirror and shower and lots of storage for towels and things and of course the commode. A large library with 2.5 walls lined with books. A place for chairs, big coffee type table, and a desk and lamps and a fireplace and lots of windows. An office with desks and file cabinets, work table for both hubby and I and our computers. 2 guest rooms with nice double bed in one and set of bunk beds in the other and walk in closets and adjoining bathroom. A big familu rec room with a big screen t.v, pool table, game table and lots of chairs and games for people plus music jukebox and karaoke machine and area. A utility and mudroom for laundry with big tubs for clothes, a place to hang clothes inside, plus ironing and folding area. A large wrap around porch with swings and rockers on the porch. A big large lawn and a large garden area with fruit trees and berries, plus veggies and a green house. Lots of flowers of all sorts. Windchimes and bird houses all around the yard and porch and lots of windows in the house. Work shop for my husband, plus a garage 3 car plus, A horse and cow barn, goat shed, guest cottage 2 bedroom and kitchen area and living room. Hen house, pig sty, Duck and goose pond, Creek running through it with a place for swimming in summer. Pasture and hayfields, cows, horses and goats, Turkeys, guiena fowl, chickens. A big indoor pool and Jaccuzzi and Sauna to use in winter. A bunk house for hired help and corrals and fenced and cross fenced. A Big stand of timber and a sledding hill. Plus a big area for dances and the like or meeting hall. A foreman ranch house for a family to help out. That is one main dream house. Plus I have a retreat place I would like to have. Here is the url of that article I wrote and posted on Gather.com. http://www.gather.com/viewArticle.action?articleId=281474977019112

My dream house has seven bedrooms and seven full bathrooms. One of the bedrooms will be for me and will have a sitting area and a small kitchen area in addition to the sleeping area, sort of like a small apartment, oh, and a balcony with a deck outside the window with a small hot tub on it. There will be a huge room for a library that will hold many thousands of books. There is a huge basement that will be an area for the kids activities, small kitchen area, media center, gym equipment so they can have everything they need to have safe fun for them and their friends. There will be a huge pool and barbeque kitchen area outside for entertaining. The yard will be big green and gorgeous like a park and have a gazebo and there will be stables for the horses with an indoor and outdoor arena. That's just the rough outline of my ultimate dream house.

I would love to have a 2 story house with a basement that is finished. I would love the house to look like an estate with brick on the outside. Also I would like 5 bedrooms, with the main bedrooms upstairs. I would also love to have a library in my house and use that for all my books and computer (I would like to have my grandfather build custom shelves like he did for my mom's library). I would love to have a bathroom for each bedroom and one for downstairs on the main floor...and the master bathroom to have a big jacuzzi tub. I really would like to have marble floors on the entry way and in the kitchen I want all granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.
Plus I would like to have a nice big backyard with a deck to have parties. Also I really would love to have a pool and a hot tub as well.
I could keep going about what my dream house would look like. Hopefully one day my boyfriend and I will be able to afford to get something similar to our dream house...

Please don't tell yourself that you will probably never have your dream house. It is not unobtainable. Believe that you can and will have it and you'll be surprised what things will come your way. Just a few weeks ago I was wanting a car because mine was totaled in an accident that was not my fault. I have problems with walking so catching the city buses is a real challenge for me. I have virtually no income right now because I can't work, so getting a car was really out of my reach. So do you think I have a car now? No, I have a bus! The beauty of it is the side door has steps that are low enough for me to climb without pain. Someone donated a small bus to my husband which we can now use to make money. There is no way I could have seen that one coming. Your dream home is possible!

Mine will be a five bedroom house. One room for me and my husband, three room for the kids, one for the guest. An entertainment room for the whole family. An office room for me as a stay home mom. A garage, a simple kitchen and living room. The paint will be white for the living room, cream at my room and the guest room, for my kid's room, it will depend on their favorite color. My office should be in yellow color. The entertainment can be in black and red combination. This is a great topic. I enjoy dreaming. Thanks.

My dream house is beside the sea, have very big windows face to sea, so I can sea the sea every day. And the parlour should be very big, so I can have a big party, I will put a piano in the parlour, when I have time I can play. I also need a small library, I can stay there to reading and thinking. Five bed room is enough, one for my parents, one for my wife's parents, one for me and my wife, one for my children, one for guest, and every bed room should have bathroom. In the yard, I will plant some coconut tree. I hope maybe one day I can live in a house like this.

I would like dream house to be near the beach. Split level with 4 bedrooms and a pool. The house should have plenty of glass so I can see the ocean from the master bedroom and the the living room. I don't need much land just an acre will do. I figure it will cost me about 10 million dollars. I plan to get the money working here on Mylot. LOL.

WOW! You forgot the 2 maids and the poolboy to take care of this place. I've designed a small 2 bedroom 1 office, Solar Adobe house wit lots of windows over looking the mountains where my land is located in Mexico! A nice sized patio, with a small pond and small pool! the solar will provide electricity and hot water for the home, I'm also putting in a satellite feed for Internet and cable tv, using vonage as my phone! I'm out in the boonies and need these features! I've built several of these style homes and they are awesome! tdemex

I always think about a dream house, my ultimate dream house would definitely have to have a indoor heated pool so that I can swim thouroughout the year; a relatively big living room, a nice kitchen with a island in the middle; tall ceilings; a big yard which I am having now but it is still essential so my dog can run there all the time.

Very large living and drawing and a small parlour, a dining large enough to double as a table tennis room, large sitout accessible from both these rooms, kitchen to accommodate all modern gadgets with space for a table as well. Plenty of yard with fruits, vegetables, swimming pool, badminton court, and even a small area with large trees that appear like forest. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Additional requirements servant quarter, and watchman quarter.:-)

Something spacious but not enormous, with it's own drive and countryside views.
A country kitchen with Aga and flagstone floor. Open fireplaces for cosy winter evenings.
I would love an indoor swimming pool and a library. Maybe a cinema room.
And someone to do all the cleaning etc!!

I still want me a log cabin in the mountain's. I hope some day that we can do that. I think once my husband retire's we may actually end up getting us a log cabin near Monson and just spend the Summer's and fall's there, then spend the winter's in the south.
