This year the garden is growing like crazy. It looks so lush and full( well the weeds help that look) but I do have a lot of vegetables growing. I have one tomato plant that needs 3 cages to hold it up it is so full. I can't wait for them to ripen so I can get to canning some spaghetti sauce. I have picked three tomatoes already off that plant. Last week I was in the garden picking the beans that keep coming and as I was moving around the garden I looked at my cucumbers and I was so excited to see some close to being ready. So last night I went out and yippee I could pick one of them. I love cucumbers and I planned to make a pasta salad today so I have my cucumber for it. So tell me how is your garden doing this year?? do you need to water it everyday? Have you been getting everythjing you planted out of it? Do you have any tricks for better yeild? Talk to me mylotters.

Well done you! We are still waiting for our tomato plants to turn their flowers into tomatos. Hopefully they will do well this year. Because our house faces the sun with its back, our garden doesn't get much sun, not enough to maintain a small vegetable farm. But we have a fig tree (which bears lots of figs every summer), a gooseberry bush, a blueberry bush, and a red current one. We recently grow some rockets and they grow like MAD. We have to keep eating them everyday so they won't just rot under each other. We are lazy people so all we have done is just pick up things to eat. We seldom attain our vegetables. Oh, snails are problem. But they seem ok this year.
