Who is gonna be benefitted more from Indo-US nuke deal?

This deal is going to be more juicy than American economy whose many companies realing under utmost financial crisis and starving of funds have got an oppurtunity to sell there goods to India and draw a large amount of foreign exchange.If compared than there is 4:100 ratio of gains of Indian And US economy respectively. Indian govt. is agreed to give international agencies the rights to monitor its nuclear institutions and we have stepped forward to an era of indirect dependency and drilled a hole in our sovereignty.
