Now I really did it. Mommy is really upset with me now..

Just wait till I come out of hiding. I'm gonna really pester big sis (Lil Bear) for what she did to me. My wittle nose hurts lots. I used peroxide on any bites/scratches which stops the infection before it starts.

I like to be held, on MY terms only. Mommy knows that but she was determined to hold me anyways. I feel bad that I hurt her but she wouldn't listen to me. I hope she doesn't decide to open a can of my favorte food cause then that wouldn't be fair when I don't wanna come out of my hiding place.

but your meommy should know its always on your terms, like my meommy knows its always on Gizmo's terms. She wants to pet Giz, she has hope he'll come to her. I'll see if my meommy can talk sense to yours.. Taj

Thanks Taj! Mommy did open a can of my fave food but I refused to come out. She put a plate under the bed for me which I ate after her and sissy left the house. Then ran under sissy's bed to hide way up in the corner. Mommy trying to make amends but I'm not ready to yet. She scared me bad and I did what came naturally. If she would of just picked me up instead of grabbing me by the back of my neck and hold me down first, I prolly wouldn't of minded.

Tigger is still at the vet's, gabs. They couldn't do the splint on Friday because sedating a cat for 2 days in a row can do more harm than good. He's getting the splint on Monday instead but is on pain meds. I could of brought him home today and take him back early Monday morning but we didn't have his room ready yet and he has to be contained so as to not injure his leg even more. I saw him this morning and he was just all over me wanting to go home. Purring up a storm and trying to hide in my shirt. I was torn leaving him there but knew it was for the best. His room/crate will be ready for him Monday, however. He gives hugs and kitty kisses back.

Hiya Pyewacket...Still not ready to make amends with mommy yet. She scared me really bad when she 'pounced' on me and grabbed the back of my neck and held me down. That's why I fought back with her. Had she just picked me up, prolly wouldn't of minded as much but she KNOWS that scaring me like that brings back all those horrible nightmares from when I was a wee one. I was terrified mommy was gonna hit me or something else. Pye, when I saw that holy terrified look in Tigger's eyes/face, that's when I just let go and he dropped to the floor. I haven't see that look since he first came here and thought everyone was out to hurt him. I couldn't cuddle him like I usually do to calm him down cause he would of tore my chest/belly up as well. I hope he comes out and makes amends soon. Lil' Bear really tore his nose up when she attacked him for attacking me. I want to treat it but can't until Tigger makes amends.

Now Tigger you know your mommy loves you and would never abuse you like you were when you were a wee one Though this isn't really similar but it's about fear...my cousin Kissy is terrified of storms and have no idea why...why goodness, the little pitter patter of rain sets her hiding and poor mom has to convince her no harm will come to her, but she's still scared...wonder where that fear came from as she's always been a house kitty and never outdoors--so not like she ever got caught in the rain
