How to upload profile picture?

I'm new to mylot.com. I'm trying to figure out how to change the actually profile picture. So, that the little green smily face isnt showing... Can someone please instruct me on how to do this? I went to upload my photos, but that just put into like a photo board. I want to actually change that one photo.... THANKS!

I was gonna tell you hopw to do it but I see you are not using that green thing now so I thikn you have found the solution already :-) Wish you have fun on mylot :-)
