Is epinions worth a shot? Do they accept reviews you published elsewhere?

I'm thinking about trying epinions as the 1 cent per unique view sounds tempting but I'm wondering if its worth it to those of you who tried it? Also, would I be able to republish a review that I published previously on epinions or do they only want original content?

I actually just signed up like 15 mins ago and did my first review. I do not know much about the company.
