I'm a smoker and that's a horrible addiction. I do know others who have problems with shopping and gambling. Both can be devistating and have effected others lives as well. I know of two men who loved to gamble. They both owned restaurants. They stole from their business and took the money gambling. Both lost their homes, cars and all furniture and other assets. It was a major mess. One continues to gamble but don't know about the other since I'm not close friends with either. Shopping in stores and online can also cause major problems. Don't think I know anyone personally who does either or both and has caused financial problems.

Shopping sprees are a very bad addiction. I really haven't been able to understand how it helps to lessen someone's stress. You know what, I hae a sister myself who loves shopping, and well my girlfriend is of the same type too. I'm younger to my sis so there's (still) ain't any question of her borrowing money from me. Ya but she likes to give money to me. After all I'm her little brother .. And as for your question, ya I've seen really bad addictions myself, a few years back I had a friend who was addicted to food, and I'm not joking at all... He was so addicted, he used to always ask money from all of his friends including me and that too for a second helping... But hey, there are worse addictions too and I'm glad he wasn't addicted to any of them... Nice discussion friend, happy mylotting...

I have an addiction to the computer/internet. I actually get cranky if I have to go more than a day without logging on. I also have a caffeine addiction, and my hubby is addicted to DVDs. I can't get him to stop buying them even though we both know we don't have the cash for it anymore!

If you have a special habbit,you may think whether it is good or not. I like travelling, watching and so on. I often focus on the journey information, especially the information about a stranger who wanna find a partner. It is exciting with a stranger.

yes we all are humans afterall and we all have our weaknesses and sometimes no matter how hard we try to overcome such weaknesses we often find ourselves in them again and only God can explain that, i do believe one day everything will be alright and we will all have to feel good for the rest of our lives
