yes, i have been charged for breaking traffic rules...Rs. 150/-....aftere that till now i have never broke traffic rules....how about you?? how many times and why you have been caught by cops?

yes
tripple riding/ without license driving lots of time when i was teenager.. mostly 20Rs// if in car 50rs thats it..

Whenever some one responds to any discussion new/old then that discussion is displayed in recent discussion list. If discussion is displayed in recent lis then i can get more responses.

What is the point of saying thanks after every response? Everyone does this on crap topics to try and get them to the top...while this is actually an interesting topic...it is a good example of why this forum sucks.
