Tea contains substances-substances that is useful, such as Polifenol (function as antioxidants), Vitamin E (to maintain heart health and make a smooth skin), Vitamin C (as immunity and antioxidants), Vitamin A (necessary for normal reproductive function, growth and vision ), etc.. However, tea also contains caffeine, which in a certain amount can be dangerous. Caffeine can cause the absorption of food becomes obstructed. Many of the benefits of drinking tea, such as antioxidants, cell-repair of damaged cells, refine skin, streamline the body, prevent cancer, prevent heart disease, reduce cholesterol in the blood, reinforce the circulation of blood, etc.. But, benefits of tea will be reduced, or even may be dangerous to your body, if consumed incorrectly. Some tips to note in the tea are: 1. Do not drink more than 5 tea cup-sized 200 ml per day. my g. where on gods green earth did you get' this information. most of it is utterly wrong,some is just plain silly, how can you make tea if you do not use boiling water, and I know that tea did not bother me when I was pregnant. and any fool 'knows that you should not drink a zillion cups of tea in one day.now when would you drink tea if not at meals.most people in fact all people drink tea with'their meals and whoever gave you this information haS to be 'stupid or just making it up. my opinion is do not believe everything you see on the internet. check it out with medical profession first.

Except of very hot tea, there seems no investigation showing that drinking tea has any negative effect on health. Even the caffeine, contained in tea but not so much as in coffee, has controvercial effects on health based on the reports.
