As a sale person,how much can you earn from an order?

Hi,all my mylotters,do you work as sale? You know i am working as an international sale person in my company,selling all kinds of cabling products to many countries and rigions all over the world.You know usuall,I did a great job by selling up to $60 thousand in a month,but you sell I can earn just 0.5% from the total,so i feel very disappointed.You know I even take the courage to talked to boss of increasing my bonus,but it never works,he always said that he will take it into consideration,but just he won't really do it.So,did you even have the same problem like me? How would you deal with it? Thanks!
