What is your favourite cheese

Ergh, I have to admit that I loathe most cheeses. I was in Zurich at the time of the cheese festival one year, and am embarrassed to say that walking through the old part of the town where the festival was made me feel terribly ill because of the stench. Having said that, there are one or two British cheeses I like, notably Cheshire and Red Leicester. Unfortunately we can't get them here in Germany though. Otherwise I use small quantities of Emmenthaler in cooking and may even occasionally eat a heavily disguised slice of Tilsiter.

I LOVE cheese. However I can't eat it too often. (Lactose intolerant) :(
