Buxwiz Renting Referral

Hi! I got confused with Buxwiz "Rent Referrals" option. I am a standard member and so my referral prices are $0.34 in 30 days. I already transferred $0.90 in my rental balance, yet I still cannot rent a referral. Can someone please help explain why cant I still rent a referral? thank you very much for your help.. happy MyLotting!
