how do you deal with worriment?

i find i get upet easily these days,it`s difftult for me to concentrate,i worried about so many things,i want to spend more time to company with my mum,cause the new term will begin in a few days,and also i want to read some books about my major,next term,i have some big exams,two of them are c++ and CET6,which are very hard,i`m so worried that whether i can pass these exams,and i want to change myself,i don`t want to be so shy anymore,it`s even effect my life,i just feel that i have so little time to do so many things.
please help me, what shall i do to release this stress?is there any books be recommended?

Best way is to not to concentrate more on result, always keep alternatives, if one fails so you can stop worrying about the lost and try the next. And never think of results if you can pass, else that will arouse tension and stress than you concentrate on learning them confidently.
