Do you use sunscreen?

I am fair skinned so have to use sun lotion, minimum factor 15. Last weekend I used SPF 45 and still got burned!
I use a specialist one for my face with factor 50 - I don't want too many wrinkles!
It amazes me with all the publicity surrounding the risks of skin cancer that some people still refuse to use sun protection products.

I am also fair skinned and I use a SPF 30 when I am venturing outside on a hot day. On my face, everyday I use a Body Shop face cream with SPF 15 to protect my face and to reduce wrinkles. I am also suprised that people are not taking better care of their skin. Do they want to die early?

I don't go out too much, or not out long enough in exposure to the sun. Unless I'm working in the yard, or tending to the garden. Then I use sunscreen, the highest spf I can, with all the effects the sun can have on your skin I don't really want to risk. I burn easy and don't care for tanning so never use tanning lotion. My aunt loves to tan, she's done it for so long you too. You can see the effect it's had on her skin. She don't like using the artificial tanning methods and I can't say I blame her as I've seen the way fake tans look, but still if you'r going to tan in the sun should really limit your exposure. Yes to sunscreen.

Right now i am using a sunscreen with sof 20, here its not much heat or sun, but soon i am planning to buy a sunscreen with spf 50.I think it is really very powerfull and helps protect skin at a very high rate, i never take any risk wit my skin and i care for my skin a lot, i am wheatish and a bit tanned but that tan is my natural colour and looks really appealing when i get tanned by sun it looks horrible so i cnt prefer to be that ways.
