I would like to live in the days of the old west. I love to ride horseback, for one thing. I could ride anywhere I go. I wouldn't have to worry about the price of gas or my car breaking down with me. As I'm sure you know, it really costs these days to have a car worked on.
Also, people took their time more in those days. There was no need to be in a hurry. Everything they did took time from the way they cooked to washing clothes.
People visited with each other more in those days, too. They also went to church more often. Kathy.

That's a very interesting outlook, Kathy!
I believe that three things have led to the destruction of the more traditional way of living.... Greed, gluttony, and technology. I have a whole lot of thought in regards to this, but I am having problems putting it into words so that it comes out right.

I choose my past...simple reason.....I miss my mother...she had a huge influence in my upbringing...she passed away when I still very young....and believe me or not, my eyes still get teary thinking about her.

I prefer to live in the present.... Because it is fun to live in a normal way.... the past is just a lesson for us to learn.... the future is a very mysterious thing to uncover.... but the present day is the best day to live in... for this time is the only time that you will do all the things that will be included in your past and will determine the future ahead...
There was a saying that goes like this:
"Yesterday was History.
Tomorrow is a Mystery.
But Today is a Gift,
Thats why it's called Present"
