Hi everybody, I joined mylot a month back and I got to know about this site from an online jobportal where I am registered. As soon as I got a mail from them saying about mylot, I joined in...The most interesting thing I find about mylot is that it has members all over the world...I get to make friendship with people of different nationality, culture...I could share my thoughts...It feels good to be mylotting.
What is that you havet o say about this? how did you come to know of this website? and what in particular are your favourite activities/likes here?

Hi malpoa, my profile says I've been a member for 6 months but I think I gave up after about 2 days as I'd never used a site liket his before and hadn't a clue to find my way around it, if I answered from questions and answers which was all I could seem to find I never knew where my answer had gone. I came back after 3 months and decided to work it out that time and I slowly began to find my way round and the way that suits me to use it, which is to hopefully get involved in good discussions which become more than just a post and a reply.
It has been nice to slowly build up friends with similar interests and now when I can see a familiar face I can say, ah here's X from Malaysia, or X from Australia.
I've also had the pleasure of making friends recently with a lovely young woman from India, that's you of course.
I like the differences in views here but try to avoid anything at all which could end up being confrontational, but some of the discussions are lighthearted and some reveal much insight into different cultures which is I think the main attraction of this site. Thea

Hi Malpoa, you'll soon add some friends, see who you get along with on discussions who have the same interests as you. I have a number of friends now that I like to hear from, and I try to join in their discussions as long as I've something to say, and the same back.
Who is this Yannis, at least five percent of the Greek male population is called Yannis, it is John in English.
You livened up the discussion about the servants yesterday though I must say, it's something I don't really know about but I have this picture of you now surrounded by all these lazy males laughing about them on your computer.

Yannis? who is it that you are talking about? I happened to check my started discussion and checked whether my name appears last on the last responded state and saw yours on two of the discussions. That is how i came to know that you had responded. Had i not responded to your discussion on we need change, I wouldnt have known this. Thank you dear.
You said you would ask your friends to send me friend request, but I got two requests from sritrinity and jibitech, both new people. Do not seem like your friends, are they?

hello thea
You are the only friend I actually made here in mylot so far. And it is amazing to say that I have a friend there in Greece. hi hi I was telling my husband that I would one day go to greece to meet her. And tat came the next question: Doesnt she know about yaani??? I said I do not know.
No one else responded to my messages or there are no news about them after me accepting their friend request. At one point of time I even though that they were getting benefited because I added them.
Even IO was clueless in the beginning about how to go about in mylot...I still ahve a lot to learn...I too was initially laid back at the beginning...now I sign in everyday more than once, except for sundays...
Good day

I started here at Mylot just yesterday. I have to say I am hooked, the people on here are very friendly. Meeting people that share similar interests is so easy thanks to mylots interests wizard. Also getting paid for your content is a very nice bonus, although to me it's not as important as meeting new people and having fun.

Welcome to the family, better late than never. It has been a new experience tome as I havent had a chance to chat or share ideas with people around the world...It does kill my boredom too...
Yes I mean their concept is nice and unique, It is easy to sort one's intrests and get discussions on that category. Getting paid is also an added advantage and for what for our own post and discussions...Is there anything better?

I have been on Mylot 8 months now. I remembered someone I work with talk about. So I looked it up and joined! I first joined because I knew I could make $10.00 a month. Everyone likes to make extra money! I like responding to discussions and trying to voiceing my opinion or writing about my thoughts. I have made friends and met people form all around the world. Lately I have seen the dark side of Mylot which I will talk about now! Welcome to Mylot and happy Mylotting!
