I need a debit visa card. But I do not want to use my financial data. I basically want it to withdraw money from sites and paypal. Payoneer cards are master card but I need a visa card. Please say me

Why must debit card ? is cheaper and faster if you use your account bank. If you use debit or credit card .cost of cash 5 US$ and you receive one week. But you use your account bank fee only almost 2 US$ and you receive 3days
