Favourite thing to buy on sale? I like to buy everything that is on sale! LOL Last week i went down to the USA for a birthday party (I live in Canada) and I hit a Rite Aid to get some stuff that I couldn't get in Canada, and everything I had on my shopping list was 50% off. What a great day!

sure i like to get shoes on sale. i usually try and only pay $10 and under for them! i seldom buy shoes if they are not on sale. the killer sale for me is jewellry! i got a great necklace that i had seen before it was on sale at walmart and didn't want to pay the $8- for it, i ended up getting it this past weekend for $4-!

Hmm... where should I begin? And if we're talking about 50-70% discounts, I just have to say... everything! But seriously, when there's a big 3-day sale at the mall nearest to where I live, I go straight to the children's clothes department. I buy the clothes that have a big slash off on their price tags but will still look very good on my kids.
Then, if I still have extra cash, I head for the household items section. Then, if there's still some extra, I look for discounted shirts and pants for me. My husband does his own shopping for his clothes though.

My favorite sale items are groceries. Especially meats and coffee. With grocery prices going up almost daily I love to find great sales and then stock up. Maybe I just figure spend less on necessities and there will be more for extras (like clothes or vacations.) Don't know what my subconscious strategy is, but am really happy when I can get quality grocery items for a bargain.
