Which type of ruling do you like?Democratic or Monarchical ruling? Why so?

Well In India,we are having democracy,its ruling by people.Some people here take the advantage out of democracy.Like there is a lot of corruption.Some people just feel that they are the kings of the country.One cannot control other person and there is no fear of power in this nation.What I feel is we need a Monarchical ruling system.
So friends which type of ruling system is there in your country?Are you satisfied with it? Or which type of ruling system do you prefer?

here in uk we are a democracy and we also have a monarch as you prob know already lol,
putting the power in one persons hands ie king of queen is very dangerous imagine the king decides he doesnt like a specific rule woop its gone without any recourse.
Though if your democracy is corrupt then the people need to change it as only the people can.
Here in uk we have had problems with politicians claiming millions on expenses which will cause the goverment to be removed at next election, just imagine if that was say the queen then there is nothing we would be able to do.
Not that the queen has any real power here in uk, to be honest am not a fan of the monarchy but each to their own I guess.
