My baby girl just lost her first tooth, but she is only 4. I swear that's too young. Has your child(ren) lost teeth at such an early age? I am freaking out![](/Content/images/emotes/shocked.gif)

My couzn her daughter will be 5 in may and has lost her first baby tooth. we first noticed the wiggle on the 6th (Nov.). It could have been wiggly before that and today (7th Nov) she has lost it. with a little help because she kept playing with it with her tongue. Everything I read says the average age is 6. so i am wondering if anyone Else's kids has lost their first this young. and is there a need for concern?...

I wouldn't worry to much about it - every kids is different. My son had 2 sets of baby teeth in there. He lost his first tooth before he was even 3 years old. And then it was another baby tooth that grew in to replace that one. His 2nd baby tooth fell out just after he turned 5 and that's when his adult tooth started growing in. He had almost a complete 2nd set of baby teeth. Which meant that the tooth fairy had to pay double for almost each spot in his mouth. LOL.

no, usually most lose in their Kindergarten years the front ones. My son lost two of his at age 5 so that is not young at all. Did it come out naturally? I wouldn't worry too much about it and if you do some research or call the Dentist, they will help ease your tension.
don't forget to have the toothfairy come!!! :))

I lost my first tooth at four years old and now I'm almost 23 and my teeth are fine--never even had a cavity. :)

Have you taken her to see her dentist about this? I don't think I started losing my teeth until I was 5 or 6 years old. If she is healthy, and her teeth are healthy she may just be maturing early, if not there could be a problem. I'd talk to a doctor or dentist, if I were in your situation, and worried.
