Has Plastic Surgery Gone Too Far For Kids & Teenagers

Today it's popular for kids and teenagers to get platsic surgery. Society paints this image that you have to look perfect. Kids and teenagers are putting their parents in debt because they want nose jobs, tummy tucks or lipo. Parents are giving plastic surgery as a gift for their children. Is society the blame or is it the parents? Give me a shout out and tell me what you think.

I think any parent that does this solely for the purpose of having a "better" looking child should be dragged through the streets, tarred and feathered! 
At least let the child grow up before rearranging their features. Geez, how lame! I don't blame society totally, I do blame the parents for giving in to their children's whims and fancies though
