at 3pm its not common here in the office to have a cup of coffee but real snacks instead. i usually eat those served by fastfood chains coz its accessible and "fast" obviously.but i think that its unhealthy especially those greasy burgers and french fries.. i'm sure that you have some suggestions to share..

fresh fruits can be a healthy and easy snack, no need to cook or prepare, it is also packed with lots of fibers.

Buy buns or some other nice bread. They keep at the fridge for a long time. Cut them in thin slices (like a wheel with the crust around it). Put Philadelphia cheese with soy, thinly minced lettuce with a little light mayo, ham or bologna. You can make them the night before and take them to work in a plastic bag. YUMMY!!!

My favorite healthy snack - baby carrots. They're crunchy and very easy! They typically come pre-rinsed (when you buy them at the grocery store), and if you're really lazy - just take the whole bag with you to work and leave it in the break room fridge or something. Another healthy snack is peanut butter sandwich on wheat. Don't use two slices- just use one, and sandwich in half (so to speak). And also use all-natural butter and not jiffy or processed peanut butter.

One healthy snack that I have is sprouts...it is tasty and healthy too...you can just boil the sprouts or fry it in very little oil....even soups also are healthy...junk food, fried foods all are very unhealthy...protein rich sprouts, vegetable / non-veg soups are very good for health.
