Block out your morning schedule.Sit on your
couch, put your feet up.Gaze into the ceiling
and let your mind wander.Do not plan anything
See where your day takes you.Does it make
you happy for not doing anything?

Doing nothing does make me happy. But then I would be thinking won't, would that qualify as doing nothing? I think some idle hours is required by everybody - some time to be with oneself only, pondering on things you should or should not have done or should have or should not have done in a particular way. Again , such idle hours should not be too long, then happiness would have run out of the window!

My grandfather made a swing in the backyard. Whenever I have some time, I would go to the backyard, sit in the swing and just stare into the sky. It feels really relaxing and peaceful just to stare at something and not have to think of anything else.
