Hi ayukawa, I could imagine how hot the weather is during summer season in your place. So it's sure that we would take more water after sweating a lot in hot weather days.
I live in a tropical country with rainy and sunny days only, instead of the four beautiful seasons like that in your country. The weather here is hot all the year round and would sweat easily. We need lots of water to quench our thirst during daytime. We would take more water after having outdoor activities or physical exercise. So it's nice for us to carry along with us a bottle of 1.5 liter of water when going out
Happy posting

I have no idea I tend to drink probably atlest the recommended 8 glasses a day in summer. In winter I tend not to drink as much. I didn't drink this much at all until I had my kids and my body got used to that "need" for alot of water in my system.

I have to keep two gallon jugs (4L jugs) of cold water with me because I may end up working in the heat, especially since I do a lot of heavy moving, and being a big guy. I can easily drink a gallon in 5 minutes. I don't bother with a glass, since the jug is my glass. Sometimes, I could go through 2.5 gallons (10L) of water in a day. Normally, it's 6-8 liters. I had thought about drinking out of one of those bottles for a water cooler. I have a cooler in the trunk of my car where I would keep two gallons of water and two gallons of milk (milk helps me stay cool, and I drink this much milk also. People joke that I could drink a lake dry. If that's what it take to keep me hydrated, so be it

In general people need to drink per day of water 1000-1200cc.
Most people believe that drinking 8 glasses of water a day (2000cc) is good for health. As everyone knows drinking too much water will cause trouble to the body.
Drink plenty of water and calorie intake, like how much should be on how much to add. At persent, there is no scientific evidence to show that more water can be more toxic. In conteast, a person too much water to drink, extremely easy to make the body out of balance electrolytes (sodium, the loss of potassium), water-soluble vitamins (such as group B and C) the loss of more easily.

If you feel thirsty you should have drank the water already.Never wait till you feel the need for, this means you are dehydrating, drink up and stay hydrated all day. I drink at least 1 1/2 to 2 gallons a day. Summer ,spring, winter and fall don't matter. It helps me to rid my body of any and all toxins.I never feel thirsty because ,I always have water with me.

I drink a lot of water a day too. I don't get thirsty easily but I drink water anyways so I wouldn't get dehydrated. Sometimes after a hot day outside, I drink two cups of water when I get home and it feels great to cool down with the water.

water is a basic necessities for everyone in order to survive living.. I have read that in days that you can go without food, but without water or liquid, you will die faster..
Summer, a season of hot weather.. some can even hit 40 to 50 degrees.. and in the country I am staying.. we are always in the range of 30s.. and it's either hot day or rainy days..
I carry my water tumbler which contains 1000ml of water all the time, and on a super hot day, I can be filling that up till 3 to 4 times.. meaning, I have intake of at least 300ml to 4000ml per day. I don't enjoy having other drinks beside water (main), and if the weather is too hot and unbearable, then a cup of chilled cold fizzy drink will be next..

Yes I do feel thirsty in a hot zone, I drink nearly 3-4 litres a day and sometimes even more during a hot summer tea. I also have tea and coffee besides this.

Hi,
In Malaysia there is no season. It hot throughout the whole year. Temperature ranges from 28-35degreesC. I prefer to drink water. Each time I drink is 1 cup, probably about 250ml, 4-5 times a day. I don't like coffee. But I do drink Chinese tea. Besides, I also take coconut water for its refreshing and nutritional value, uump, I love coconut water.

I drink a lot of water in summer. It's about 70ml each time and about 10 times a day. Everyone is easy to be thirsty in hot summer . Without enough water in our body we will be sick finally . We had a few very hot days here a week ago and about three hundreds of babies had a high fever every day . So we have to pay more attention during the hot days.
