My system hangs during startup sometimes......the mouse works but when i press the keyboard keys to enter user password the system hangs...mouse also stops working....
i think its because of some drivers....Please tell me how to know which drivers is causing my system to hang...?

hi sahyd it may be because you have few processes in startup.. that's why it hangs in startup.. if you have installed antivirus and firewall both. it can be the case.. it's quite normal.. Don't worry much. just shutdown your system properly and update your windows system with latest updates.. Good Luck.

I also experience it past years, my computer hangs and my mouse cannot move, so i always use the keyboard and press windows to turn off properly when the problem begins, to avoid more damage on it, sometimes the computer errors and no drives involved.
