A few days ago I was at Staples buying notebooks for a dollar each. Yesterday I went back with a friend so she could get her supplies but the price has dropped to 25 cents!! I couldn't buy anymore because I already stocked up on them. Has this ever happen to you?

This happens all the time to me when I'm buying clothes! Sometimes I'll buy a sweatshirt for 40 bucks and next time I come back to the mall, the price has dropped to 20 bucks. Gahh!
Did you know about the Staples one cent sale though? Two weeks ago lined paper was one cent a pack! And the next week, so were one subject notebooks.

Oh, my friend. A dollar is nothing compared to what happened to me. I bought a digital camera for 520 dollars and after a few weeks it was on sale. The price dropped to 250 dollars!!! I almost had a stroke! Same camera, same features and I paid ssooo much more for nothing. Just think how much profit they make out of these. I was so ungry and I could do nothing about it. I just felt ripped off and an idiot. But what can you do? I didn't know that this item would be on sale later, it might never been on sale (you never know that), and I really needed and wanted that specific camera. So, what the..

I have gone through that a lot of times. When you think things are low priced and then come back a day or 2 later it has dropped in price big time. Then its to late because you already spent your money on what you needed already. I like to look for sales so I don't have to spend so much on school supplies.

Yes, this has happened to me way too many times. From books to clothes to accessories. You name it and it has happened to me. Then I get super with my timing, but then there is not much that can be done. The last time this happened was when I bought a USB drive. I bought one at full rate and the next day they had 50% off on all items. They were closing the shop.Yikes! My luck.

This is called "Murphy's Law".No matter how long and how hard you try to find and shop for an item, after you buy, you will find it on sale or for less somewhere else.
In my case, i had waited for almost 4weeks (and while i was waiting for my salary) and prayed that the jacket on the store will be on sale. It didn't happen. When i can no longer wait, i just bought it and thought it's worth the price anyway. after 3days, it was on 30% sale!!!

o I know how it feels. But some stores right now have those adjustment policy, if you still has the recipt maybe you can try to ask if they will make adjustment. It worth to try and get your money back.

Yes this has happened to me and it's SO frustrating!! But ya never know when prices will drop or raise so waiting on products can be difficult. This summer I bought bedding for $100. 2 weeks later it went on clearance for $60! Luckily I hadn't opened it yet, so I returned the one I bought and went and bought a new one. Saved me $40.

This happened to me a LOT! But now I shop at WalMart and Target where if it happens, I can go back in with my receipt and get the difference in price back within 30 days of my original purchase. I would check with Staples by calling to see if you can do this.

Yes! This has happened to me many times and it is one of the most irritating things ever! However, I have found that some stores will give you a price adjustment if you bring your receipt back to them.
