Possible pay to get paid before inimum cashout and for foreign countries?

I thought about it today. Well the way it works is that you sat up a task. The task requires payment of say $5 through PayPal or whatever, and a reward of $6, with that extra dollar for the work they done for you. The problem is that people may not trust you. You can just get the money and reject the task. Tell me what is your thoughts.
