vaccination before travel

When travelling one must make srue they are in good shape. Be sure that you and your family are up to date on your routine caccinations according to study these vaccines are necessary for protection from diseases that are still common in many parts of the world. If one is not sure of which vaccinations are routine go to your doctor and make sure you are well protected.

I agree with you Willy. Always take vaccinations before you travel, especially if you go to places like Asia or South America. Before my first trip to Asia, I had to take so many vaccinations that my shoulders were sore for days. And some of them were injected to my triceps, because they didn't want to inject too many on deltoids.

Hello Willy. I travel a lot , to many parts of the world. As you said, I take vaccinations every time. One I make sure never to forget taking is the flu shot. Wherever I travel to, I take a flu shot before leaving my hometown.

Thanks for the advice. I am allergic to eggs, so I cannot get some shots, like the shot for influenza. I have not considered any other shots that you might need to get before traveling, but it is definitely worth looking into. Thanks again, and have a wonderful day!
