Help with email.

I was wondering how do I change my email setting in the control panel under internet connections then programs. It has outlook set as my default email to send emails out. I know there is a way to change it but I forgot. I want all email to go out of yahoo. How do I change it? It has a drop down box and only has outlook and microsoft live mail as options. Thanks!

Answer for Outlook: When you use Microsoft Outlook, first you open microsoft outlook and then choose tools and then choose Email Accounts after you already choose that, next form will show, and then please choose next (view or change existing email account) after that the wizard will show your status account your email, selected one after that choose button change........... finish,Answer for yahoo: First you must know yahoo.com or microsoft can't setting up for pop3 when you not upgraded your email to premium. Thanks
