Nosebleeding hour. Hahahahahaha. For what I understand, are the two the same, for me present continuous is like progressive, the action doing is on going and going to the future? Am I right? Please correct me.
I go for what are you doing today? What is that a present continuous or progressive?

You have good examples. As I understand all they have same meaning, but they use differently in the future with plan without changing.
your Nosebleeding hour is happening now and cannot be changed.
The action doing is on going and going to the future is correct. Thanks for your fast responding.
