From a biased point of view, Bjorn Gelotte and Jesper of in Flames (biased because In Flames happens to be my favourite band :P) but also Corey Beaulieu of Trivium and Doug Aldrich of Whitesnake.

mine was Matt Bellamy from Muse..its alternative and they way to play the guitar is very influenced my playing till today..

I love Buckethead. He is so great. Greater than his teacher Paul Gilbert. I love his riffs and his style. But the most thing that gets my attention is the KFC Bucket that he usually use when he play.

I have a lot of favorite guitar player but I can mention some for you. Hmmm, let me see, the Guitar Masters like Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Yngwie Malmsteen. However, to all the people who love playing the guitar, I adore you all and let's keep rockin to our hearts content.

Alexi is pretty cool :P Jimmy Hedlund is one of my favourite from a band called falconer at the moment. All the oldies are great too, like Hendrix Page Van Halen Clapton etc and ofcause the Satch :P
