This year the funds are not like they were the past christmas seasons. Relocating and loss of job wasn't helpful either. So what would be a gift to give a spouce that pretty much has everything, but you still want to touch there heart?

Crochet or knit a huge throw (or make one of those fleece tie blankets), make or buy a few cheap candles, and a package of microwave popcorn. When you wrap the gift, include a homemade coupon for a free movie night. When it is redeemed, send any kids you might have to the grandparents, rent a movie that the spouse will like, light the candles, make the popcorn, and snuggle up under the blanket. Make sure to conclude the night with a more adult "snuggle." You can probably have a lot of fun for around $20.
