I have a vietnamese co-worker and she said green tea is her daily liquid. She means instead of water she change it to a tea. I dont know what make her do that but figures said it all. Even her skin is well smoother than mine
Anyways, I love people who take care of there selves and take it seriously.

Yum, I love tea! I used to drink about two cups a day when I was pregnant. Caffeine should be limited by pregnant women so I switched from coffee to just tea. I still have a cup of tea a day but I have gone back to drinking coffee since my son was born.
I love sweet tea though and drink that a couple times a week. Do you prefer hot tea or cold tea?

Hi
Tea is good for heath and researchers are saying that black tea is good for health. I don’t drink much tea but here we are drinking tea by adding milk in it. I heard that adding milk in tea destroys the advantage of both, milk and tea. (I am not sure about the information). I am satisfied with two cups of tea in a day. I have seen that some people are drinking tea like water and surprised too.

Hello friend,
I am not a regular tea drinker, despite myself being from India, which has got some of the best tea fields in the World. I am very choosy about the taste and I have tea only when there is this cardmum flavour in it. Most of the shops here do not have that so I am better off not having tea at all rather than compromising.
