What is your FIRST question/topic in mylot?

hello everybody. I'm new here and starting to get interested joining discussions and posting few questions.
In my first day, it's difficult for me to think of an interesting question to post. I was also worried that maybe someone had already posted similar topic (which i confirmed lately T.T) and I was a bit considering too if members will answer it or not. Anyway, my first topic was "Why do we call a marriage contract a "contract"? of which i got 4responses and I'm ok with it since there are too many topics being posted.
Well, I'm just curious how members thought of their first topic and why they'd chosen it? ^^;

My first topic is about the favorite tea, about the mummified dogs and the rest are something not serious as i am still testing if others could be attracted to reply on my questions. basically , they are very simple questions as only few reply since i have not added a friend yet. Thus, as a newbie need to reply first to other lotters before trying to make your own discussion. Then, it is important to add a friend as the discussion would be visible on the friend tab.

Well, that is so simple now a days that a lot of questions which start asking what your favorites and other silly questions up to now are the one who receive most of the responses on the discussion.
yup, I could trust to go back to old friends discussion as they are more safe to reply unlike those new repetitive discussion have tendency to be deleted...
causing us to lose points in our brackets which is a waste of time..
like the one which caught your eyes for almost 2 months he is not caught..
what an easy way to earn..
and I reply to his discussion many times in lengthy paragraph and it get wasted..
just like you experience makes our finger tired and almost fell drowsy sleeping late at night then our efforts in replying got wasted...

going back to friend's old discussions and responding
oh right, i will go find yours and try to answer some i can relate.
i am having trouble since yesterday to find something i can respond to, so im trying to search for the older ones but oh, why i haven't considered this..
but yeah, you are right, after posting i guess 3 discussions i noticed that it won't get any response more so i'd better respond first to others hahaha!

I actually cheated on this one. I wrote something about video games and its impact on anyone who plays it. This idea stemmed from the fact that I am currently working as a video game writer and any negative implications of the video game industry can affect my job.

hahaha! i guess not everybody does remember their first topics specially when you are here for a long time. I think your first topic is good specially for those who are really concerned about nowadays video game addiction. I wonder how many responses u got there..^^:

I had quite a few responses and some really great ones, too. Which makes me proud knowing that that was my first discussion thread here in mylot. you could check it out and see what other views you could share on that topic

Welcome to mylot. First of all, mylot has lots of freedom and hundreds of topics so you can post any question you want. You can post discussions about topics that concern you or just about any random topic you like. I don't quite remember what my first discussion what about since I had a few but I think the first time, I asked in anyone believed in the afterlife.
