Is NoMinCashout a Scam?

Hi friends, Most of you must be aware of the site NoMinCashout. The website is known for paying via PapPal and has no Payout limit for first cashout. But, recently I came across a blog which rates the PTC sites as Legit or Scam. I was Shocked to see that NoMinCashout is listed in the Scam sites list. I have been paid $0.08 from this site. I am still using the site. I contacted the Blog Admin. He said that the site is now a scam. They have reviewed the site and found out that the site is no more a legit/genuine site. What do you think about this?
