PLEASE! I need reviews on the new movie district 9, because i believe this movie has earned best movie of the year! But there are many people who hated it. They say it was "too slow", "not enough action", well thats not the movie I saw. It was great to me from begginning to end. So please tell me what you all think my fellow movie goers.

Hello ryanflores. I haven't seen the movie yet. It hasn't released in India yet. When it comes, I will surely see it and then tell you how did I feel about the movie.
As for the reviews I always look at reliable sources and my friends and mind you I have a great variety of friends, whose tastes, interests and professions are different. So overall I get a perspective from all kinds of people, before I think of watching a movie. Try it yourself, it will surely help you improve your judment of whether to see a particular movie or not.

Hello there, thanks for the advice. I saw for myself, and was very very impressed! I believe you will like it when you get the chance to see it... Then again thats just my point of view. Thanks for the advice

you should watch it yourself
that's what I will do if a movie gets good review and yet people hate it
I usually go with reviews, because so far it's been a good indicator to me
maybe my taste is just like majority of people taste

WOW! just got back from seeing the movie, and I got to say I am very very impressed! I thought Transformers was the best movie of the year and then THIS comes out! Ive learned never to listen to critics...

I dont know about this movie it looks great and its deffintley a movie I would like to see since I love alien movies but dont know how it will be. But I will probably see this movie in the theator at some point in time which I dont know when I will see it.

I think the movie was okay. The reviews were right about being too slow. The whole movie was in fact, about what happened in district 9. Here's a small spoiler, the ufo goes away in the end.
