I learn so much from Alton Brown than most tv shows I watch. It's kind of funny because it's a Food Network cooking show. He goes deeper in depth when he explains things about food. There's no giving out the recipe ingredients and making a dish; he goes above and beyond the cooking channel norm. I'm kind of hungry and I think it's time for some good eats. I couldn't of said it better myself.

I like Alton Brown, do learn alot from him. Also go to foodnetwork too and get those recipes I really want, more detail when needed too. All the stars that I choose to watch teach me new things. When you cook, you can identify things easier and then see the stars do their thing and pick up a new ingredient or method or two.
Only thing is that I don't need the comedy factor that he includes. Still a good show to watch and learn from In my area they often play two episodes on Tuesday night. Happy cooking!!

Cooking, indeed. The website is a great way to catch episodes you've missed also.
