Utorrent? Can someone help me with this? / myLot

I'm tryin to download a movie using this software from mininova.org.... Ive never used this software... Can someone explain to me how to use this?

Download the torrent and open the torrent with utorrent. Don't forget to seed when you're finished downloading. :)
