What would you say to someone who is cussing and critisizing you?

If someone critisized you and cussed at you directly to your face, what would you do? There are some people who would just cuss back, and there are others who would just take it and move on, or take it and feel uspet for sometime. What would you do?

I wouldn't reply cursing with cursing. It's like pouring oil into fire. The fire will be stronger and nothing will come out of it. Of course I will be angry but I won't start cursing as a reply. I want him/her to realize harsh words brings out nothing and he's embarrassing himself/herself.

I would be upset by it. But I wasn't brought up to cuss people out. It's just not my thing. I would very nicely ignore them and walk away.

I generally get out from that place. If he is really important person or close friend. I just listen to them and maybe change the topic or just listen to what they say.

my reaction generally depends on my mood. if i am quite relaxed, i will realise that there is no point talking to such people and ignore him. if i am in a bad mood, i might just give it back to him with the same intensity if not more.
