I don't really like to update my status on Facebook as I get very worried people don't really care about what I say. Most statues on my homepage are "liked" or have comments on so I am worried that I won't get any of them on my status. I also use Twitter to write random statuses and things so I don't tend to feel the urge on Facebook anymore.

It actually depends on my mood. I know somebody who updates her profile, pictures and status almost everyday! And it seemed like she wants everybody to know what she is doing, thinking or where she is going all the time. And it is driving me nuts because her name is the first thing I see every time I log in. I was even tempted to delete her on my list but good thing FB has this feature of like turning off updates for a specific person if you want to.

I try to update my status everyday - though only once a day. I think people would get sick of hearing what I've been up to all day if I did it as many times as I logged onto Facebook!
Facebook is sort of like a communication game to me. I love reading/commenting on friends' updates and photos, but I also like the idea that they are interested in me too. I try to comment whenever I can just to keep the ball rolling. It seems the more active I am with everyone else, the more responses I get on my Facebook. I call it "PR".
I like the idea that I can update everyone with any major news at the same time (instead of telling everyone the same story over and over via email).
The chat feature isn't something I use often. I get on the computer at my own leisure, and with chatting I literally have to stay at the computer, which I cannot do. Once and a while I will schedule a chat with a friend, and will go on it for a bit.
Games are dangerous! I signed on for many of them because people have requested me to, but I didn't want to get into it, so I never went back. I started with SuperPoke Pets and have used that one only. I just gain coins and help others to do the same . . . then shop to decorate my pet's habitat. I don't have to do anything "social" for my pets (I get enough of that on Facebook as it is!).
I have some friends who don't seem to update their status too often as well. But when I see that they do, I'm one of the first to jump on it! :)
